Kottayam District Panchayat launches second phase of Operation Toofan

The Kottayam District Panchayat launched the second phase of Operation Toofan, a de-addiction initiative by the Kerala Police. The launch included raising the Toofan flag and distributing Toofan badges. The initiative aims to expand anti-drug activities to wards, homes, and workplaces through coordinated efforts from various departments. The District Panchayat President declared participants as Toofan Warriors.
