Grand Cake Mixing Ceremony Held at Lulu Mall Kottayam

A grand cake mixing ceremony was held at Lulu Mall in Kottayam to mark the Christmas and New Year celebrations. For this year's plum cakes, a special mixture was prepared using 2,700 kilograms of ingredients, including 25 types of ingredients like premium dry fruits, rich fruits, nuts, and spices. From this grand mix, 15,000 plum cakes will be prepared, available in 19 different flavors such as Rich Plum, Premium, and Sugarless. Film stars Hemant Menon and Ramya Panicker attended the ceremony as chief guests.
