High Court tells Thachankari that law will be implemented without discrimination, even for high-ranking officials

While hearing the appeal filed by Thachankari against the Kottayam Vigilance Court order, the High Court stated that 'the law is not weak, and the law will be implemented without discrimination, no matter how high the position.' The court also granted time to the government to submit a reply to the appeal filed by Thachankari, which was related to a four-year sentence and a fine of 30.84 lakh rupees.
