Measles confirmed in primary school students at Thottilppalam; preventive measures intensified

Measles has been confirmed in five primary school students in the Thottilppalam Kavilumpara Panchayat. Health authorities stated that the disease was found in children who had not received mandatory preventive vaccinations before completing one year. Preventive measures have been intensified by the Kundutode Public Health Department due to the risk of the disease spreading to more children. Health workers are visiting local homes for data collection and awareness, and an emergency ward sanitation committee meeting was also held.
