Mother Dies After Hearing News of ASI's Suspension in Cheranallur Accident

The mother of ASI K T Manoj, who was stationed at Cheranallur, passed away on Tuesday night. She died in Pathalam Kurikkattuparamba N K Sarasuvu (71). The suspension was related to alleged serious lapses in action concerning a death caused by a 17-year-old driving a Benz car hitting someone. The mother was reportedly suffering from a heart condition and was deeply distressed upon hearing the news of the suspension.
