MVD issues warning after fatal accident in Pampady

Following a fatal accident in Pampady, Kottayam district, the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) issued a warning. The MVD stated that two causes were behind the incident: two people talking on the road after stopping a two-wheeler, and the excessive speed of the oncoming bus. The department advised that situations where people talk on the road should not happen under any circumstances.
