Pala Fire Brigade and Civil Defence Volunteers Conduct Joint Mock Drill at Kadanad Check Dam

Pala Fire Brigade and Civil Defence Volunteers Pala Unit jointly conducted a mock drill at Kadanad Check Dam. The drill focused on rescuing people trapped in water bodies and safely rescuing people trapped in disasters like floods, landslides, and fires, as per the Disaster Management Authority's instructions. Hundreds of people, including school children, gathered at the site during the mock drill. The event was led by Pala Fire Station Officer Anil George Sir, Assistant Station Officer Raju Xavier, and Fire and Rescue Officers Athul Ashok, Biju P, Prashanth Kumar, and Navaneeth, along with Civil Defence Post Warden CG Marutholil and Deputy Post Warden Augustin Joseph, and Civil Defence members Sebastian Ottaplakkal, Harikumar Mattakkara, Rahul, Jose Joseph, Akhilesh, Sachu, and Arjun Krishna.
