Police intensify investigation into religious preacher accused of sexually assaulting 16-year-old girl

Police have intensified the investigation into the case of Karunagapally native and vlogger Muhammad Niyas Johari, who was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl by promising to cure her illness through prayers. Police are investigating whether the vlogger, who has over one and a half lakh followers, has exploited other girls similarly. Police have also decided to conduct scientific examinations of his mobile phone and social media accounts.
