Sabari Railway Project Expected to Become Reality, Malayoora People Place Hope in V.D. Satheesan

The government has stated that the Sabari railway project, stalled for 28 years, will be realized. Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan stated in the Legislative Assembly that the state will fully utilize its share to restart the process. The total estimated cost of the project is ₹3800 crore, with the state contributing ₹1900 crore (50% of the state share) through KIIFB.
