State Senior Citizens Commission reviews 17 complaints, focusing on issues of neglect

The State Senior Citizens Commission held a sitting at the Collectorate Conference Hall, reviewing 17 complaints. The sitting, led by Senior Citizens Commission Chairman Adv. K. Somaprasad and member Prof. Lopes Mathew, considered complaints from senior citizens of Kottayam and Idukki districts. Adv. K. Somaprasad stated that most complaints before the commission relate to family issues, including cases where parents allegedly misappropriated money and children subsequently neglected them.
