Two arrested in Kottayam for allegedly defrauding people over discounted auto-rickshaws

Kaduthuruthy police arrested two individuals in Kottayam for allegedly defrauding people after taking money for discounted auto-rickshaws. The fraud was allegedly committed through a business named 'Roudra Motors' in Kothanallur. The arrested individuals include Parakkunnel's Sharaj P. Suresh, the owner, and a store employee.
