Two young women died in Pampady vehicle accident; RTO suggests action against those who stopped vehicle on road

Two young women died in a vehicle accident at the 13th mile of Pampady. Kottayam RTO D. Jayaraj stated that the accident was caused by individuals who stopped their vehicle on the road to talk. The RTO noted that the CCTV footage showed a vehicle being stopped and someone talking to another person, which was the primary cause of the accident. Action against the individuals may be taken after an investigation by the police.
