Woman killed at resort in Kozhanchery; death caused by neck wound

A resort receptionist was killed by a friend at a resort in Kozhanchery. The victim, Dilusha (20), a native of Kulathuppuzha, was attacked by the accused, Githu, after an argument. The death was confirmed after the post-mortem examination at Kottayam Medical College, where the cause of death was determined to be a neck wound.
