Accident series on Pala-Ponkunnam road; woman dies in initial crash, another car overturns nearby

A series of accidents occurred on the Pala-Ponkunnam road. In the initial crash at Poovarani, a woman, Sugitha Kumari (47) from Urulikkunnam, died. Later, near the same spot, a car overturned after hitting a protective barrier. The fire force rescued people from the vehicle.
