KSRTC conductor's abusive language and threats to passenger in Vaikom

A resident of Chembhi, Vaikom, reported an abusive incident involving a KSRTC conductor. The incident occurred on September 19, on a Premium Super Fast bus traveling from Kottayam to Vaikom. The conductor allegedly used abusive language and threatened the passenger after questioning the discrimination during the journey. The complainant stated that despite filing complaints with Vaikom ATO and Ernakulam Depot, no action has been taken by the authorities.
