Drug gangs plan large-scale drug supply targeting pilgrims and workers in Erumely

Police report that drug gangs are actively attempting to supply large quantities of drugs in Erumely, ahead of the Mandala-Makara Vilakku Sabarimala pilgrimage. Authorities seized 36 kg of cannabis in Erumely recently, which was brought in for distribution. Police have intensified checks in Erumely and along the Sabarimala routes to prevent drug trade.
