Out-of-state worker arrested with two kilograms of cannabis in Kanjirappally

The district police anti-drug team arrested a West Bengal native, Jahidul Islam (22), in Kanjirappally. The arrest was made by a joint team of the District Police Chief's anti-drug team and Kanjirappally Police. Jahidul was apprehended by the police while arriving at Kanjirappally Kurish Cross from West Bengal. Police recovered 2.200 kilograms of cannabis from him.
