Elderly man found unconscious at home dies; son-in-law taken into custody

A 76-year-old man, Sukumaran, was found unconscious at his home in Pala. He was taken to Pala General Hospital by relatives, but passed away there. Police took the son-in-law of Sukumaran, Akhil from Idamula, into custody. Police stated that the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
